Look, I have been a champion of privatizing the functions of regulatory government in support of private property rights longer and more intensively than just about anybody on this forum, particularly as regards environmental risk management. So when you lumped a civil dispute over a contract with government property takings, I get very nervous about such sloppy analogies.
