I believe the Html/JS/CSS platforms listed in that article are sort of cloud-based so they do all the publishing piece for you and provide an environment where you can develop in a simple web-based code/script.
Then I propose an app for those men who don’t know how to use a nav app...it goes like this....
“Proceed forward to the nearest Exxon or Shell station...go inside and ask for directions...”
How’z that?
I wouldn’t buy anything from someone that doesn’t have a basic command of the English language. Does you understand?
