WASHINGTON – When America’s latest mass murderer, Elliot Rodger, did the unthinkable, anti-gun groups were ready to spring into action. Just four days after the psychopath woefully underutilized firearms during a killing spree, a coalition of well-funded anti-gun groups has formed. Calling itself “Strength through Peace,” the group’s mission is to warn future mass murderers about the folly of using weapons other than guns in the commission of their heinous crimes.
“Every violent crime that is committed in our country with something other than a gun is not just a missed opportunity for criminals, it’s a step backwards for our nation,” said coalition chair Rhea Root Bunion, leader of “Guns Kill People and Hammers Pound Nails,” a grassroots organization that has been working to repeal the second amendment since March.
Root Bunion and her confederates have routinely dismissed alternate tools of assault as “red herrings” that distract from their top priority of uninstalling the second amendment or, at the very least, “taxing it out of existence.” However, Rodger’s shocking decision to use knives and even his BMW as assault weapons have left anti-gun agitants particularly vexed.

Wait till these idiots figure out how much more effective a bomb would be. I think we are seeing, in our gun ginned up society, what the rest of the world sees in their Jihad/suicide bomber ginned up society. Conclusion, the media is picking the weapon for the mass murderer as the article supposes.

Interesting question to pose at a press conference: “Mr President if guns are so bad would you ask the Secret Service to not carry them any more?”

Agree with your comment. As soon as these mentally impaired individuals discover they can make more of a headline and move up higher on the “total killed” list, they’ll resort to bombs in crowded places. Also expect to see more manifestos posted blaming someone else for their circumstances,

The left needs a certain level of violence in this country. They’re willing to accept a certain level of killing to advance their political agenda.
