I've owned Harley's for years and wouldn't own anything else but once I buy a new bike, it never sees the dealership again. I do the work myself or take it to someone who's worked on bikes for years. Harley has to recognize certified techs even for warranty repairs. Odds are it was a particular dealership causing the problem. What's more drag, a flag or this:
