I strongly recommend The Great Match, a 2006 movie - based loosely on three locations. One is in Mongolia where the Mongolians and the Russians soldiers end up watching together in a yurt with the TV powered by the only electric line within hundreds of miles; the Amazon jungle where the indigenous people give up trying to use their man powered generator to power their tiny TV and sneak into the compound with the soldiers; in the middle of the Arabian peninsula where one group has the TV and they have to find the “tree” which is a metal pole that they can use to put the antennae up. The broken down old bus provides the power. They all then watch the game.
