I think it’s inappropriate also.

If I stopped in for a drink I would tell them so. If not removed I would never return and share my opinion with anyone I knew who did go there.

It’s one thing to be macho, and even a bit lighthearted, but we are talking about domestic violence.

Sorry, that is never acceptable. Besides, it is not macho, it’s cowardly.

never said it was macho or appropriate, did I? What I did say was: I don't think it's funny either, but then you know they never did add that amendment that gives the people the right to not be offended. Your response is the correct one for you, don't patronize that bar! But there just may be enough men and women (domestic violence is a two way street) who are not offended by it to keep the bar profitable. That's the nice thing about AMERICA, at least for a while longer, we get to make our own choices.

So until someone gets that right not to offended amendment passed this is still America and people still have the right to be stupid and offensive, just look at our politicians. You likewise have the right not to patronize and tell anyone who will listen how you feel. As I said it's still America, not Amerika.
