It’ll have to be two days then, survival without water past three days, uh, doesn’t happen. The treaties about water use and how much has to be allowed through (dams and such) were hammered out the better part of a century ago, and have been bones of contention ever since. For one thing, there are year by year fluctuations, and for another, long term fluctuations (completely natural), and for yet another thing, there are hydroelectric projects, particularly in Turkey.
