Giuliani: Obama Lacks Executive Skills
Newsmax ^ | 30 May 2014 | By Wanda Carruthers

President Barack Obama came into office lacking basic executive skills, and after six years in office has shown he does not have natural leadership capabilities to manage the country, said former Republican Mayor of New York City Rudy Giuliani.

"He's not cut out to be an executive. He doesn't have either the background and experience or the natural skills of an executive," Giuliani told Fox News' "America's Newsroom" on Friday. "There is nothing in this man's background to suggest that he could run the most complicated organization in the world."

Giuliani said that when Obama took office, he hoped he would have "the natural talent" to lead effectively, but said the president has since shown "he doesn't have it." The president's temperament was suited, by instinct, to that of a "professor," Giuliani suggested.

From what I’ve seen from the Kenyan over the past five years, he/she lacks EVERYTHING but narcissism. He has an abundance of that.

Rudy had a lot of faults to be sure, but he would have been much better than McCain or Romney if he were the nominee.

Rino Republicans persist in calling Obama inept rather than ideologically compromised. This might be because they're afraid of being labeled racist, it might be because they are Rino Republicans and afraid of speaking truth to power, it is even conceivable that they actually believe that Obama, despite his biography, history, associations and policies is not a communist but only a misguided liberal. My views were expressed in a post some days ago which I reproduce here to illustrate that the Rinos are taking this line when we here at FreeRepublic had gone on the record even before Obama's first inauguration accusing him of being a communist:

The problem is not lack of competence, the problem is lack of patriotism.

The nation has elected a man who is, yes, a dilettante and, yes, a narcissist but those are not the sources of the problems which afflict this administration and by extension, the nation. The problem is, as we here at FreeRepublic understood since before Obama's election, the man is a radical socialist (dare I say it?), in fact a communist.

He does not want America to succeed as the world's policeman because he does not like the world order that America has always stood for. In fact, Obama sees America as the greatest obstacle to the imposition of the worldwide government which he seeks. The analogy is that he sees the Constitution as the great impediments to the accomplishment of his domestic goals. Obama does not really care if America's influence around the world is degraded just as he does not care if a CIA Bureau chief is outed.

It might be necessary to win an election to argue that Obama is inept and avoid calling him what he is but among us guys let's be clear, the son of a bitch is a communist.

Obama is a really bad joke on this country, and the establishment media keeps repeating it, hoping it will get better.

If that was all he lacked we would be in far better shape.

What he lacks is any understanding or appreciation of American ideals.

Obama’s entire administration is made up of various political activists and community organizers of one sort or another. It is no wonder they haven't a clue how to handle Governing...let alone conduct themselves in International Affairs..

They all thought it was going to be “showtime” for them...they “won”. It was never about the American people...it was all about promoting and implementing their ideology across the “face of this nation”...like they spread Obama when he ran. They had no clue what they were getting into...and they still have no clue what to do. It's all about Obama surviving with the least fallout as possible on his Presidency...and it was about that from the beginning....and it will be about that til he's out.

” It’s all about Obama surviving with the least fallout as possible on his Presidency...and it was about that from the beginning....and it will be about that til he’s out.”

No it’s much worse than that - it’s about implementing the progressive agenda (includes environazis, feminazis, gaystapos, illegals, race pimps, poverty pimps - I may have missed one or two).

And it’s going to be pedal to the metal the next 2+ years. You’re going to see executive orders and regulations skyrocket. He’s going to dare the republicans to stop him ( and they won’t)

Next week the EPA will unveil Crap and Trade. Just this week the National Park Agency started searching for historical gay sites to include as stops in your next summer vacation. And who knows how many other “initiatives” are going on under the radar.

Yes, zero Hi-Jacked America, but W saw this coming. Ted Cruz, coming up in the same timeframe, saw this coming.

I believe W has been silent because he knew America wouldn’t recognize Communism until it saw it implemented in its country.

It’s almost like God’s bet against satan with Job: let’s see who wins. The Commies were smart enough to engage the 47%ers
to make it appear a win.

Zero stole ‘12, that is clear. Will America wake up enough to vote out the RATS that enabled it?

And then where do we put all the commies?

"There is nothing in this man's background to suggest that he could run the most complicated organization in the world."

That's a side issue. Obama's primary problem is that he is a rigid leftist ideologue, a socialist who believes in big government solutions. If Obama had better management skills, those solutions would still fail.

While Obama does not seem particularly bright to me, I think he would be intelligent enough to be POTUS -- if he were a conservative.
