While I can't claim to have ever seen this actor in anything, he appears to be famous enough to have attracted paparazzi, pretty obnoxious ones who were trying to set the guy off. When they finally did after making sexual comments about his board shorts, they called him a bully. They intentionally provoked him, then made a big deal out of his reaction, to sell pictures. That's the game they play. No wonder some of these people go out in disguise or become reclusive.
