bill that has just passed the California State Senate could effectively make criminals out of many people- just for having sex.
The bill, SB 967, would require “affirmative consent” before college-age couples can have sex. This would essentially outlaw sex that is had “while in the heat of passion”.

SB 967, amended last week by state Sen. Kevin de Leon (D-Los Angeles), would mandate that college students obtain “an affirmative, unambiguous, and conscious decision by each participant to engage in mutually agreed-upon sexual activity.” ………..
“Obviously, there is a problem,” he said in the report. “SB 967 will change the equation so the system is not stacked against survivors by establishing an affirmative consent policy to make it clear that only ‘yes’ means ‘yes.’”
According to the language of the bill, “consent must be ongoing throughout a sexual encounter, and can be revoked at any time. The existence of a dating relationship between the persons involved, or the fact of past sexual relations between them, should never by itself be assumed to be an indicator of consent.”

In another article, a college handbook says that breaking up with a girl because she won’t have sex is an act of coercion.
She could just claim that she signed the agreement under duress because the relationship would end.
Interesting how Leftists were successful in overthrowing the in loco parentis responsibilities of colleges/universities. Now one has co-ed dorm rooms, no curfews, free flowing alcohol, and plenty of sex; now there is no such thing as a ole fashion date. Of course, for some reason the Left failed to recognize that sometimes nasty things happen in the environment or with no rules messages get confused. Now instead of perhaps reimposing some rules we get this legalized remedy and star chamber on campus judicial proceedings. This is the story of the Left. They push liberation and throwing out tradition then when the inevitable bad stuff happens they start imposing the power of the state as a remedy.

Can't do that. The push is now on to protect those with AIDS from ever having to disclose that detail to sex partners or even their children.
For now, perhaps. There are still charges of rape withing the confines of marriage. It'll apply to all hetero couples someday.

Okay, so...let’s just say that a young man and young woman meet in club one Saturday night after consuming several adult liquid beverages and become intoxicated — And let’s say for the sake of argument that they go back to her place — Break out the forms and our two drunks sign them and do the deed.

If women are frustrated about men not being men and “going after it” now, what in the hell do they think this is going to do to men when this takes effect.
I’m assuming that we will only encourage average men to sit at home on the weekend playing x-box, smoking weed, drinking beer, watching porn/wacking off, eating pizza, and avoiding women at all costs.
The men that are already dogs will continue to do what they do because that is what they do...Soooooooo, net result, women become more frustrated with the lack of men.

As I said earlier to another poster as well as several times before, people/conservatives have a choice. They can sat and help propagate this insanity with their tax dollars or they can leave these communist hellholes.
Your material goods can be sold to an idiot liberal. You can find places to care for your sick relatives in a more rational state. There is no excuse to stay. People in Europe left with the clothes on their backs.
