An ingenious romantic came up with possibly the cutest way to ask someone to marry them by popping the question on a handwritten note attached to a newly-acquired kitten. "Will you marry my new daddy?" the message on the note read, with a ring attached to the kitten's collar. The picture has been posted on reddit and has become a social media hit, racking up almost 500,000 views. Unsurprisingly, the strategy worked and the proposal was accepted.
"That almost seems unfair," said one commenter on reddit. "How could someone say no?"
