A White House official said the GOP’s refusal to back the unpopular Democrat-drafted Senate immigration bill has caused the wave of young illegal immigrants that are sweeping over America’s border with Mexico.
The child migration is a symptom of the nation’s broken immigration system, the official said, and the responsibility for not fixing it “lies at the feet of the U.S. Congress,” the official said in a June 9 press call with reporters. The two White House officials on the call asked that they not be identified by name.
The administration’s secrecy is important, because officials have been trying to portray the inflow as a rush of innocent children fleeing persecution, gangs and brutal fathers, not a flood of low-skilled illegals across a porous border and into a new legal sanctuary created by Obama.
However, a second White House official on the call admitted that many illegal immigrants come across the border as families.
“We are also seeing large number of family units… mostly mothers with young children,” the official said. “They’re provided with food, they’re provided with water, for their journeys” north to meet with relatives already living in the United States, the official added.
Passage of the Senate’s immigration bill is the president’s top legislative priority, said the first White House official.
If made law, it would double the annual inflow of low-wage guest workers and new immigrants to roughly 4 million per year for a decade. That’s roughly equal to the number of Americans who turn 18 each year.

These children didn’t walk a thousand miles and Mexico didn’t simply let them pass though unescorted.
Congress needs to ask some questions.
The GOP-E Leadership in the US House, (Boehner, Cantor, and Ryan), is always gullible to Obama’s tricks.
Consequently, Boehner, Cantor and Ryan, have all pledged to ram through this unpopular Obama Amnesty Bill due to Obama’s illegal decision to flood the USA with children from Mexico and Central America.
It is time to kick the GOP-E out of Congressional Leadership!
If the Chief Executive (who could not run a lemonade stand) would enforce our laws, this would not be happening. He, and only he, is the blame for this latest fiasco.
These “White House officials” are scum. You too Obama.
These are Mexico’s problem — they are passing through their territory to get here and yet we are told for years that Mexico’s border is so well policed.
Tell them to police it and feed the refugees themselves.

And now Obama wants 2 Billion dollars to process these illegals. I bet the GOP can’t wait to give it to him to prove they are not racists.

If this is a conscious strategy on the part of the WH and Gang of Eight, it looks likely to `backfire’: like trading four (4) Taliban field grade officers for one American `POW’.
Bam-bam was quick to take credit for that, until it started `resonating’ with the American public, then it became a hot potato. Now this childrens’ crusade has become the dhimmis’ fault. Every time Obama blows it, an administration hack gets his wings clipped.

A local TV station in Texas recently issued a telling report. They revealed that information is being disseminated in Central America urging people to make the life-threatening trek north in pursuit of amnesty: “A mother and child told Channel 5 News that the message being disseminated in their country is, ‘go to America with your child, you won’t be turned away.’”
The New York Times reported last week that an illegal immigrant youth said: “If you make it, they take you to a shelter and take care of you and let you have permission to stay… When you appeal your case, if you say you want to study, they support you.”
