Perhaps this is to help the families of Sailors who’ve met a premature death to arrange for their burial at sea.

My Dad was a veteran of WW2 and Korea.

The oceans were in much more danger back then, as the world was tossing battleships, airplanes, aircraft carriers, nuclear bombs, fuel, and human bodies by the ton into those very oceans.

Somehow, the oceans survived.

My Dad, however, did NOT survive the VA’s neglect.

My Mom took care of him at home for ten years, as he wasted away with alzheimers. For nearly the same length of time, she begged the VA for assistance and was refused.

That’s nothing...walk down the halls of a VA Hospital this month and see posters for gay pride month advertising all gay themed activities.

A snappy hand salute to your father...may he rest comfortably in the Lord’s hands for all time.

Oh that's great- the VA has now moved the weather ahead of our Veteran's on their priority list.

$%#@**#!!!

Sorry to hear about your dad. He deserved, and all Veterans deserve the very best care our nation can offer, not the second rate treatment and outright neglect they've had to endure.

This issue should be top priority for all politicians.

Thank you, Dear FRiend.

My Dad was a Navy Photographer, and I grew up with prints of his pictures from WW2. Battle pictures of Okinawa, Iwo Jima, occupied Japan, and from a secret mission in China supporting Chang Kai Shek.

I did a project in the fourth grade about China and had actual photos of the Great Wall and the Forbidden City, WHICH THE TEACHER STOLE.

She never returned them to me with the project, and even at that tender age I KNEW I had been betrayed by the system.

It just never ends, does it?
