ood trucks in 7 cities performed better than or the same as restaurants on food safety inspection reports

After examining over 260,000 food inspection reports, researchers from a public law interest firm in Virginia found that in each of the seven examined cities—Boston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Louisville, Miami, Seattle and Washington, D.C.—food trucks performed better than or as well as restaurants.

Chicken?! Aren’t those ducks?

Sometimes. But the ducks I've seen were smoked. I was talking raw chickens.

Ever see the raw, unrefrigerated chickens hanging in the window in shops and restaurants in Chinatown?

The chickens are just for advertising. The "other other white meat" is for eating.

The food served by the Cuban run “roach coaches” that serviced boatyards and job sites was some of the best food in Miami and Ft. Lauderdale.

Exhaust fumes kill all insects and bacteria.

Ever see the fans on a roach coach?

They suck air, including engine exhaust, IN.

Mr. Mercat and I call them street grunts. Watch the food being cooked. We hosted a small festival at our farm last year with a food truck. It was great. Rent a portapotty and contract with a food truck. Instant party.

Insects will not enter or remain on a vehicle with an engine running. Its like a constant earthquake to them.

.

Its more like a 50 gallon polypropylene holding tank that they have to pay $35 to empty every day, even if there is little or nothing in it.

the fans are directly above the engine exhausts.

The fans are grill exhausts, and the engine is not running.

The engine exhaust is right behind the rear axle, about where the redhead is standing.
