Grabbing your lunch from a food truck may be a safer option than sitting down at a restaurant, according to a new study.
After examining over 260,000 food inspection reports, researchers from a public law interest firm in Virginia found that in each of the seven examined citiesBoston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Louisville, Miami, Seattle and Washington, D.C.food trucks performed better than or as well as restaurants.

Mr. Mercat and I call them street grunts. Watch the food being cooked. We hosted a small festival at our farm last year with a food truck. It was great. Rent a portapotty and contract with a food truck. Instant party.

Insects will not enter or remain on a vehicle with an engine running. Its like a constant earthquake to them.

Its more like a 50 gallon polypropylene holding tank that they have to pay $35 to empty every day, even if there is little or nothing in it.

The fans are grill exhausts, and the engine is not running.
The engine exhaust is right behind the rear axle, about where the redhead is standing.
