It’s basically that line repeated for a verse, then changed to
“could you go a can of coke” etc. finishing on

“Go a can of coke
We hope you F****** choke
Could you go can of coke Bobby Sands”

Very good! I never heard that version. There must be many. The one I heard is sung to the turn of "She'll be Comin' Round the Mountain" and goes like this:

Could you go a chicken supper Bobby Sands?

Could you go a chicken supper Bobby Sands?
