WATERTOWN, Wis. —Watertown police say a suspect killed one man and injured a second with a long sword Thursday evening.
The incident happened at 4:48 p.m. in a boarding house above Yanger's Bar on 4th Street.
A criminal complaint charged Young Choi, 29, with first-degree intentional homicide in the death of Dustin Vanderheyden.
Court documents state that Young was a neighbor of Vanderheyden, and that residents said Choi had made "bizarre statements all week long about being God and that everyone was evil."
