Workplace flexibility is a basic need

Agreed. That is why my boss and I will spend at least 12 hours each working this weekend to meet our client’s need. But we will do it from our homes.

Anything that requires the following is NOT a “basic need”:

WORK
or
SELF-RELIANCE
or
CONSEQUENCES OR ACCOUNTABILITY FOR FAILURE IN EITHER OF THE ABOVE.

obama loves "flexibility":

-- he promised "flexibility" to Putin
-- he's "flexible" with laws
-- he's "flexible with moral standards
-- he's "flexible" with facts

and he's really "flexible" with the truth

The FMLA is one of the most singular insane laws imposed on Americans -- ever.

It is the subject of considerable abuse -- and creates enormous chaos in the workplace.

He says something’s wrong when hard workers must choose between work and family. Isn't the new family of choice the one that picks their kids up from the corner market?
