Just for reference, here's the youtube link to the original trailer.

I see why the fanboy redid it. The voice - and even USE of a voice - in the original trailer makes me want to turn it off.

She sure wasn’t shy about putting them on display in this movie.

My all-time favorite movie! For me, everything about it is perfect.

Wagner was a anti-semetic dick, but god could he make music.

I recall a music teacher commenting that despite some inclinations of that sort, Wagner had a number of life-long Jewish friends. He mustn't have been too hard-core in that regard (but sufficient to later draw the attention of Hitler and the boys).

There's an interesting documentary called "Wagner and Me" on Netflix, narrated and hosted by Stephen Fry.

It doesn’t help his (non-musical) reputation that Hitler loved Wagner.

Indeed, that’s pretty much the topic of the documentary that I mentioned.

Love this film. It takes you in a trance for 2+ hours and doesn’t let go.

I agree. I think it has been under appreciated.

Glad you like it - I clicked on it totally on a whim, but was very pleasantly surprised.

I didn’t see anything new in the trailer. I used to think that movie was the actual story of King Arthur. It’s not even close, however. It takes some of the stories and changes the characters as well as the context to create something entirely different. Still, it’s one of my favorite movies.

To be fair, people have been doing that since the 12th Century.

And it's closer than "The True Story Behind the Legend"

Obviously there’s no “actual” story of King Arthur in an historical sense. I was simply a bit surprised later to find out how much the movie rearranged the existing legends into something more closely resembling an overall, if somewhat simplified theme.
