British actress Emma Watson has been caught up in an investigation into the immigration status of her American housekeeper, according to a U.K. report. U.K. employers can be fined up to $16,000 per worker in breach of immigration rules.

Editors at Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper suggest the investigation is focused on a claim the woman spent three months helping the actress out at her London home while in the country on a tourist visa, which prohibits holders from working. Ridiculous. Britain has real problems but they have to snoop into an actress' home life.

I know plenty of people who take their nannie, chefs and estate managers with them all over the world.

I agree. If you don't bring your critical staff with you, travel becomes such a bother.
