I’d suggest checking those buses coming out of the border states and heading to every major US city...
It’s a tropical virus that does not like air conditioning and is for the most part a blood borne virus with a short life cycle. Not a huge problem in a 1st world country with a modern medical system. Isolate the victims and it will burn itself out in a week or two.
