My niece, Molley Fahey-Matonti was the model used by the video game company. They incorporated many parts of her really life habits, walk, body language and used her voice in the game. A few months ago when this “threat” of a lawsuit appeared she was contacted by the company and asked to be ready to testify to whole process of being a video game girl.

Seems like a hollow threat on LL part. Must be 100,000 blonde girls running around both coasts that fit this description.
