I posted a similar query in a related thread recently.

But, in this border crises, one recent headline said those who were afflicted were separated from others only by yellow police tape.

Many have a variety of contagions. Some border agents apparently have already been infected. Many have lice and other vermin. How thoroughly are those buses and planes being decontaminated? Are those facilities where they are housed being inspected and decontaminated on a regular basis?

Several articles in the last couple of weeks have warned of possible pandemics.
