Yes, and I believe much that has been done since 2009 is for that very event. This influx, if it turns violent, could be declared an invasion and used erroneously to that end. Any event that this Administration can create as a REBELLION will be used for Martial Law.
I’m sure the Democrats intended that to happen due to the change of law ‘that allows military to operate in civil uprisings’ which violated and negates ‘Posse Comitatis”.
