The “Oil by Rail Week of Action,” led by a coalition of environmentalists from ForestEthics, 350.org, the Sierra Club, Oil Change International and Lac-Megantic, kicked off Sunday and is wrapping up this weekend.
ForestEthics, a San Francisco-based forestry group leading the protest in the capitol, has produced an oil train “blast zone” map estimating 25 million Americans live in areas vulnerable to an oil train explosion.
On Wednesday afternoon, activists gathered outside an espresso parlor in Fargo, North Dakota to “say no to bomb trains.”

Of course these liberals also are against pipelines to transport oil. They are against everything.
They’ll also be the first ones to blame republicans when one of these trains burns a city to the ground.
Can we shoot oil all over them and hand them a cigarette?
Actually they are in favor of “green” energy projects that funnel billions of taxpayer dollars into the pockets of regime affiliates.
Investors in California, Gulf and other competing interests (including some oil and refined products) would stand to gain by higher domestic prices, if Canadian oil imports are stopped. Not all about oil is so “fungible” on a global scale. There are wide variations between countries. Those “environmentalists,” like local ones around the country, are phonies using government as an anti-competition tool. Follow the associations and the money.
A new government-linked competitor on the scene is that of natural gas investors—also an infamous, new competitor against coal for power plants.
Here in Michigan they’ve started calling wind farms “Wind parks” like they’re someplace you take children to pet unicorns and take kite rides.
Have the kiddies harvest the shredded poultry downstream and deliver to the local food banks!
For one example, the Keystone XL folks had big trouble with fake environmentalists in Nebraska and Oklahoma.
All of this could be solved in a week if the Oil Companies would do 1 simple act, which NOBODY could do a damned thing about.
Assemble a database of the members,staff,leaders,... of All these Protest Groups and then in EVERY Filling Station, business,.. you own REFUSE to TAKE ANYTHING BUT CASH for everyone on the list. Nobody is REQUIRED to accept anything but Actual Currency.
These protests will moderate, as they have in the past, once someone’s arm or leg is cut off by a train car, also as they have in the past.
Did the protestors DRIVE to the protest sites?

better yet , turn off their piplines, turn off their trucked gas, shut down the power plants, shut down their furnace fuel/gas, shut down commerce and let the screwballs understand the importance of energy.
Friends of the same people have been shutting down the keystone..... the textbook communists and obama need to go without so they can learn basic relationships.
Its too bad nObama is in the forefront of it all. He is the foreigner who needs to learn the most.
