Tomcat Slinky Malinki came to unconscious woman's rescue by rapping on the glass with his paw to seek help.

Tomcat Slinky Malinki came to 48-year-old Janet Rawlinson's rescue by tapping on the window of Mel and Stephen Sharp with his paw to raise the alarm.

Former nurse and mother-of-one Janet, of Cornholme, Lancs, was drifting in and out of consciousness for five days after suffering a reaction to morphine she was taking for back pain.

On the other hand, his behavior has changed since the incident. He now checks on his mum regularly to make sure she’s okay.

More of a "time to get up!" sign. That's how we're woken up most mornings but it's so cute it's hard to be angry.
