Where is the red line of impeachment?
In theory, a red line might be located somewhere on a list of impeachable offenses perhaps at the point where a certain number of transgressions is exceeded, or next to a specific instance because of its significance or impact.

This article has an interesting view of the impeachment question.

In today’s America there is no impeachment unless the party supporting it has a supermajority in support. The opposition party will oppose no matter how bad the transgression.
Obama could rape children on the lawn of the white house daily with full media coverage and the democrats would oppose impeachment. The John McCain wing of the GOP would spend months looking for “other options”.
In order to impeach, you must FIRST have an opposition.
Good luck with that.
It's pointless to look for a ‘tipping point’ or to attempt to determine WHEN the impeachable conduct began.
We have a person in the WH who was NEVER properly vetted and has, from the day his Administration began... and each day since... been carrying out an unending litany of in-your-face criminal and ethical abuses.
Splitting to nano-particles the moral or legal infractions he and his creatures committed (and routinely DO commit) is hardly necessary and strictly beyond the point.
This President has never been legitimately the American President and constantly with every word and action, proves his illegitimacy. Documented and verifiable proof (if SO MUCH is needed) is everywhere, so working up a laundry list of all this and then NEVER acting on the information is ridiculous. Why wait!
There shouldn’t BE a “red line” or “last straw”. Once a public official BREAKS THE LAW, they should be impeached and removed from office. Period.
What’s taken this long for the subject to even come up is a slap in our faces. They’ll never do it. Even if they did, it’ll be obama’s 9th inning. Who cares then? He won’t.
This talk is all for show. The RINO’s want our votes for this year’s elections.
