I hereby file a complaint with The Office of The Inspector General, Department of the Army, that a standard of The United States Army has been violated. I believe that the treatment of Bowe Bergdahl violates the standards found in Army Regulation 630-10. I believe that he is not being treated the same as every other Soldier in The United States Army. As you know, you are required by regulation and oath to investigate every complaint you receive, even those "overheard at a cocktail party". You are also aware that, when possible, you shall provide notice of receipt of the complaint in a timely manner. I request that you acknowledge receipt of this complaint in this Free Republic forum. Thank-you.
Taking an Oath to the Constitution means nothing anymore
Not just a complaint. This is also a means for the Army to show they are handling this properly. The Inspector General Corps is not made up of lawyers or doctors or therapists or law enforcement. It is made up of “Line Doggies”. This is a means for the Soldiers to see how this is being handled.
Before you may post this message, the following must be corrected:
Exactly, and by regulation requires a timely response back to the complainant.
Sorry, under the Obama Regime, the government no longer has any ‘standards.’
I hope you provided more details in your complaint than you did here.
