Is the Illegal Invasion Based on Religious Manipulation of South Americans?

EPC religious organizations demand attention for other reasons than sheer numbers. First, EPC churches draw people together on a much more regular consistent basis than other types of civic organizations, such as ethnic advocacy groups. Some EPC adherents in our study attend services or Bible studies four times a week throughout the year. Second, an EPC pastor or religious leader is more than a trusted community to their church or temple members.

I saw a pic of Honduran women being deported and they wore pants with EPC on the right leg so I researched what that had to do with Border Patrol.

The closest I came to an answer is this study about Evangelical Pentecostal Catholics and immigrants which made me think of the 2010 recruitment of Pastors and Priests to act as mediators for the gov't. in case of "emergency".

Just thought I'd throw it out here for discussion.

Is that why we went from a German to an Argentinian pope?

I can’t imagine that EPC meant Evangelical Pentecostal Catholics.

First, that’s a term foreign to Catholicism, where the movement is known as the Catholic Charismatic Renewal (CCR).

Second, the migrants in question have very POOR family ties and are usually almost completely unchurched.

Lastly, the book you reference isn’t about Catholic churches.

I know one thing. If the commie ‘RATS want to “tax the hell” out of the churches the way they do marijuana, I’m all for it now. I’ve had it. If the churches want to engage in politics, they should have to pay their “fair share” the way the working people are forced to do.

That’s correct. It’s not about Catholics. It’s about a study.

More to the point, is this about incorporating church and state? I have not researched where the $$$$ for this study came from but I have an idea tax-payers footed the bill.

It’s been done before.
“We should hire three or four colored ministers, preferably with social-service backgrounds, and with engaging personalities. The most successful educational approach to the Negro is through a religious appeal. We don’t want the word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population, and the minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members.”

Right... so why is your article all about Catholics?

It isn’t “my article”. It’s a book, about community organizers and religion. See post #1…..again, it’s not about Catholics. Think bigger.

No, I get that there’s a book, but you wrote a bizarre post about the book.

Seeing that you've posted ad infinitum posts on FR I would think you'd recognize an “excerpt” when you see one. It's from the book…..as required for posting here. Now go away. Shoo! Scoot. Amscray, you little nitpicking varmint.

I find no fault with the exerpt; it’s that your commentary misrepresents the book. You took a passage which seems to refer to the Evangelical PRESBYTERIAN Church, and used it to peddle a Catholic conspiracy.
