Would the EEOC be OK with testing daycare employees?

Most people/kids get Herpes Simplex 1 by the time they 5 years old. Often they ‘catch’ it from the loving kisses of their grandparents.

An employee with a cold sore? I think that could be easily spotted. However most daycares are hard up for workers.

She got it from a tractor seat.

Herpes simplex virus type 1 (cold sore) is not the same thing as type 2 (genital and related).
A 1/3 to 1/2 the population get type 1, often multiple times in their life.

Next steps:
1. is the daycare teacher a criminal alien?
2. where’s the teacher’s I9 form?

Wait until your kids go to school this fall with scores of illegal aliens. Better see your kids are up to date on all their routine immunizations and consider vaccinations for cholera and hepatitis. I'd also stock up on medications for lice and scabies.
