Computer help please

When I load FR certain words are appearing as hyperlinks. I scanned the hard drive using super anti spyware and got rid of one program called "immenent". Also getting pop-ups. Ad block is on and I'm using firefox browser. I also use windows defender. Any help appreciated, thanks.

AH-ha! I may have found it. I opened up the add-ons and found one called “WOT”. Removed it and had to re-boot. So far, so good.

Suggest you scan with Malwarebytes (free) and
adwcleaner (also free).
Do you have popups turned off in Firefox?

WOT may be
Web of Trust, definitely a good guy. It rates (red, yellow, green) websites that give you a link, such as a web search result.

All seems to work ok now. Win 8 here but using classic shell. It was on any website it could pick out keywords...for example the word “windows” would hyperlink to home windows for sale etc. It’s all gone now and looks to be operating normally. Again thanks all!
