It's time!!

Alright.

I have been studying the law, even though I admit I may not have a good grasp.

So I can say now one thing in support of fellow Citizens and States.

It's time!!!

Now that I've said it, let me say it again. It's time!!!

"Time for what?", you will say.

Time for the states to organize in a simple fashion and protect the borders!

Time for the states to eject illegal immigrants from their midst!

Can we do it? Will we do it? Well, it depends.

The "unorganized militia" of each state is composed of the males between 21 and 55. Give or take a few years. These people CAN be put on the borders to repel and eject all illegal immigrants.

And in states that do not border Mexico, these people CAN be empowered to arrest illegal immigrants!

Now, you might say that the United States government has something to say about it.

It is true that they have something to do with it. Before the 14th amendment, the United States had no citizens, but the United States of America did. By the wording of the 14th amendment, there WAS AND IS A NEW FORM OF CITIZENSHIP, a "United States citizen". And it is THESE people who mass at the borders.

Who are these people? Well, they ARE NOT Americans. They are citizens of a foreign country, that country being either Mexico, Honduras, or possibly even the United States!

Now many folks might actually read their Constitution and say "but it says no state can deny a citizen of another state the same privileges and immunities.." and they would be 100% correct.

But the United States Supreme Court has held that the "United States" IS NOT A STATE, and the United States NEED NOT follow the Constitution in legislating for areas under their exclusive legislative authority.

United States citizens are not subject to the comity rules of "privileges and immunities" because of this.

But this won't get done - unless the people demand it. And DO NOT call Washington, DC. They are interested in increasing their power, and work for themselves.

Call your Governor! The ONLY way this might get done is on a state-by-state basis. And the only person who can listen to and implement it is YOUR GOVERNOR!

A little rebellion now and then is a good thing!!!

I just whipped up this photo meme. Seems to me that Cruz or Sessions could put a bill together to rapidly build a double fence in just a week or two.

Then we would have an A#1 litmus test for all congress critters come November.

Haven’t checked the clock lately. Wonder if they have moved the hand closer to twelve.

My son is working as an intern in Washington and calling is effective. They take calls and write down subject of the call.

They are being flooded with phone calls about the border issueand they are paying attention. Call your state senators, call everyone.

It is probably the only thing stopping Obama from doing more harm.

I think they only do that during Republican administrations.

Remember... call to YOUR CAPITOL!

Each state must do this on their own. And Supreme Court rulings, well, IT’S TIME TO SAY THE HELL WITH THEM!

They want 4bn to help them stay here. That’s 1/2 way there. And getting a 1000 miles up in key areas would help a lot.

But if you send the Feds a bill, guess who pays for it?

What did Presidents Hoover , Truman, and Eisenhower have in common?

This is something that should be of great interest for you to pass around. I didn’t know of this until it was pointed out to me.

Back during the great depression, Herbert Hoover ordered the deportation of ALL illegal aliens in order to make jobs available to American citizens that desperately needed work.
Harry Truman deported over two million illegal aliens after WWII to create jobs for
Returning veterans.

In 1954 Dwight Eisenhower deported 13 million Mexicans. The program was called Operation Wetback. It was done so WWII and Korean War veterans would have a better chance at jobs. It took two years, but they deported them!

Now, if they could deport the illegal aliens back then, they could surely do it today. If you have doubts about the veracity of this information, enter Operation Wetback into your favorite search engine and confirm it for yourself.

Why, you might ask, can’t they do this today? Actually the answer is quite simple. Hoover , Truman, and Eisenhower were men of honor, not untrustworthy politicians looking for votes!

Reminder: Don’t forget to pay your taxes - 12 to 20 million illegal aliens are depending on it.
