Following the comments, someone mentioned that the "deputy" was evntually fired, but this browser is somewhat limited and I was not able to verify by following the links if that indeed happened or if he was ever brought up on charges.

Sorry. Perhaps someone else can follow and see what happened to him and if he ever went to jail as he should have.

Just seeing him force that poor girl up by shoving her handcuffed arms up behind her...
