I don't see how Obamacare can withstand the Halbig ruling. The text of the law plainly states that subsidies are only available via state exchanges. And, based on contemporaneous videotaped statements made by principal Obamacare architect Jonathan Gruber back in 2012, it would take a tremendous amount of word parsing for Chief Justice Roberts and his gang to assert that the law doesn't say what it says or doesn't mean what it says. Not that Roberts hasn't shown the ability and willingness to twist the wording into a pretzel in order to save this monstrosity.
Abrogate?
A gate that only opens to Bros, man.
Those of us who wish to have him abrogate his usurped power have noticed that he keeps arrogating more.
His arrogating and non-abrogating are aggravating.
Mecca, Medina, Sunni, Shia--whatever the past, including which relative was Mohammed's heir apparent, the current crop of Muslims has eschewed peaceful solutions to their myriad grievances.
Must be a subset of The Vagina Monologues. I’ll read it when I have more time, perhaps at a different time of the month.
Apparently they dont know the difference between overturn and abrogate.
We've had some excellent contributions today, some from new "students."
If anyone wishes to be added to the ping lists (we're here Monday-Friday) please send me a private reply and I'll share it with the four other "teachers."

Aspiring rappers might come up with the female equivalent. Ahogate?
Not certain, actually.
Politicos in DC and in the media are abrogating the Impeachment provision in the Constitution by labeling it a “stunt”.
A+++
The only way that impeachment/conviction will occur is when congressmen and senators believe that dumping Obama would do them more political good than keeping him. Constitutional imperatives never enter their minds.
Yes, but all the voices claiming that Impeachment is nothing but a “stunt” leaves us with NO non-violent way of ridding us of a corrupt, dangerous, or power mad office holder if we agree.
Obama has abrogated his oath of office with his refusal to enforce the law.
[Note: I wrote that in a manner of seconds before I looked at anyones responses]
Sometime the word of the day is all too easy given recent events.
the only way we could make WFTD word selections difficult to use in re current events, would be to choose UPBEAT, JOLLY and uplifting words, because there ain’t none of that going on!

Agreed, sometimes the sentences just write themselves.
No, but taking it off the table means that the Constitution has been amended by fiat. It opens the door to allowing him to rule without consequences.
That is insane....except that barry will be bowing to all of those leaders so that means he will be closer to them than anyone else.
That photo should have been a clue to what his reign would be....
I think most of those gender studies classes are just a way for some self centered, angry lezzie to whine about being a woman.
He cannot be impeached because he is black, that is tragically unfortunate, but that is reality. HE WILL NOT BE Impeached. do you believe otherwise? Not bc no one will bring articles of impeachment, but bc it will not happen, the votes will not be there, the public sentiment IS NOT THERE. We do not have the luxury of putting idealism ahead of pragmatism. the situation is far too dire.
