very true. but I just saw a thread where the bitter American women haters are out, and any woman who dares utter a contrary word is declared a lez. There are far more bitter men than women on FR.

Nobody has amended anything.

There aren’t the votes to convict. It’s as simple as that.

Yes, but all the voices claiming that Impeachment is nothing but a “stunt” leaves us with NO non-violent way of ridding us of a corrupt, dangerous, or power mad office holder if we agree.

Until there are enough people to agree who agree with us. Which right now there are not. It's math.

Put it another way, we'll think about impeaching a Democrat president when the Democrat Seantors beg us too. Until then we do not have the votes.

Impeachment is a political act, that's why it's left to the poltiical body to do it per the Constitution.

Obama is not fit to shine Bibi’s shoes. (And that’s not a racist remark, just a fact!)

I’m so confused...on one hand the fact that you mentioned shining shoes means you are a racist, but on the other hand, the fact that you recognized, through your white privledge, that it is historically a racist comment means you aren’t. Could you just add something gay bashing so I can be furious anyway?

Before he abrogates any semblance of the US as a constitutional Republic, Congress needs to do the same to the Great Obama (at least more than a ridiculous lawsuit) ... While the voices of the Tea Party have long resounded in opposition, and many of us being in the same boat rage on about the imminent loss of our basic freedoms, this W/H windbag orates in never-ending campaign mode, quite happy with the course he has set for the country. And those who may hold hope in the Supreme Court providing justice have quite a wait coming – the ones who allowed unborn children of nearly any age aborted and proclaimed Obamacare a legitimate tax cannot be counted on.

I like sexism, especially when the trash needs to be taken out or the lawn mowed..... unfortunately I do those things too but I’d love some sexism around here! lol

and if truthy self-deprecatingly made a joke about his ethnic heritage, it would raise no hackles anywhere, bc anti-Semitism is all the rage anymore under this administration!

I am back from my final high school registration day, after doing the last 8 years in a row. Those PTO women love to boss and abrogate and generally throw their weight around. They need to get real jobs or lighten up. Those of us who have seniors don’t play.

Yes, I have worked it every year for the past 8 years. It’s amazing to see some kiddos I haven’t seen since kindergarten and now they are seniors.

My kids all registered for the next year’s classes at the end of the previous school year, and i guess because it was private school there was no parental involvement? volunteering at registration just sounds weird to me. I know it must be cool to see kids from over the years. I know some of xsboy’s st james friends look SOOOOO diff. One was at our house a few weeks back and i could hardly recognize him, he had a FULL BEARD, and i mean duck dynasty style one, though not that long. Turns out it was to emulate a Washington National baseball player but still it looked bizarre to me!

Yes, we do red letter days for each grade in HS, where they drop off all their forms, pick up schedules and books and parking permits, get locker assignments and go make sure the combinations and locks work, buy pep items, shirts, shorts, pants, umbrellas, all the fundraiser stuff, sign up for PTO and booster teams for each grade. We have lots of parent volunteers to get all of this done, and with a school of over 1800, it’s a big job.
