Only if another scandal occurs with Ohio State, which seems to occur when someone thinks they’re doing too well. That is, Urban Meyer’s first season as well as Tressel’s later seasons would fall under this category.
At the rate they’re getting them, they should look to joining the SEC just for the near-immunity from any penalty. Or at worst, have the SEC teams sit on the outside of things.
I’d accept a drop in rankings after the entire SEC’s membership has gotten the Ohio-Pennsylvania treatment - penalties and/or record revisions - including Alabama.

Nice to see my Baylor Bears doing well.
If they can beat OU again and avoid laying an egg against OSU they should be alright.
But with college kids (or NFL kids) you just can’t bet the farm they will show up on any given day.
That’s why I don’t bet.
