This girl reminds me of Angela Davis, who had what seemed, everything going for her, but the urge to be an activist took precedence over all. Shannon also has a zealot’s inner drive, and her parents could not have done much about it. Too bad she chose that path. Doesn’t look too bad in regular American clothes.
