How come the convenient store footage in the Trayvon case was so important (because he only bought skittles), but the footage in the Brown case is “insignificant” (because he stole Swisher Suites) ?

I fail to see how the material is stolen. It says on the article “ (transcript provided at RushLimbaugh.com):” So she got the information from Rush’s site. I would assume, although I’ve never tired anyone could. She gives Rush Limbaugh credit for all works cited. So how is anything “stolen”?
