..I’m assuming this is what you refer to when you speak of Paterno and perjury, that he only spoke to Curley...oddly enough Schultz testified that he was called to a meeting with Curley and Paterno where he was informed by Paterno of Sandusky’s inappropriate behavior in the shower...this was in the GJ transcript, on page 8...

...I guess you could technically call it perjury...kind of stretching it though...

Nope. If Paterno met with Schultz, It's perjury, and it's not stretching it.

Paterno sworn testimony is he didn't meet or speak with Schultz, and didn't know that anyone other than Curley was aware of his (Paterno's) report.
