...you’re right of course, and I was just being a bit to flippant, but my only point was that the GJ heard both testimonies, and had to be cognizant that Paterno’s didn’t jive with Schultz’s, but it didn’t matter, because Paterno wasn’t going to be cited by this jury no way, no how...
