Your post “TM=Satan Worship’ is one of the more ignorant posts I’ve ever read on FR. TM is not religious and certainly not Satan Worship. I’ve done TM and TM Sidhis for twenty years and met privately with Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. TM is a very simple form of meditation without propaganda. It has helped countless people (of all religions) for decades to reduce stress, become more healthy and have clearer minds.
Do you repeat a mantra given to you by instructor?
How did he come up with that?
Who else is using it (the instructor claims it’s unique, I know)?

From what I can see TM works for some people. But the TM “church” that was built up around it is goofy and money grubbing like Scientology. Except Scientology is 100x worse and more money hungry than the TM bureaucracy in Fairfield Iowa. The Scientology organization is downright evil and vile. The TM org is not
I hear you get a mantra for $700 these days. In 1973 I got one for $25 which means initiation and so on and a few lectures. I will probably start doing TM again due to seeing how it helped Ray Dalio according to himself
