Why does the CDC own a patent on Ebola ‘invention?’

No idea, but I can’t figure out why the Feds do most of what they do, but we may now have a clue why they were stocking up bunkers and buying ammo now.

Why wouldn’t CDC own a patent on as much Ebola as we could have, if they do?

What is your post supposed to mean?

Same reason CDC, NIH and Bill Gates own the patent on the vaccine.

Okay, I’ll take a stab at it. If the US guv has a patent on the relevant Ebola strains, private pharma can’t file for the same. And, whereas the guv would presumably make their strain available for vaccines without cost, the private sector could prospectively hold the world hostage to high-cost access.

I think the US has enough capability—especially with its 101st Airborne over there—to harvest virus samples without actually bringing patients over here themselves.

I have read the link. It is important for us, I think, that Ebola is not a new disease. It was first discovered in 1976. Ebola is just one of several hemorrhagic fevers.

Of course there can be changes in any of these viruses as they evolve in a pandemic such as the world is facing now as it is soon to be out of control.

Supplement as necessary to keep your immune system at peak performance. And have sufficient stores of vitamin C and colloidal silver at the ready.
