Seems like a long time ago, and a galaxy far far away. In those more innocent times, it seemed an interesting plot twist, for Luke and Leia to be brother and sister, so that Leia could be with Han Solo as girlfriend. Luke was her brother, so her being with him was unthinkable once we learned that.

My father used to say that not playing to win is like sleeping with your sister. Sure she's a great piece of tail, with a blouse full of goodies, but... it's just illegal. This article seems to be more of an argument for allowing “accidental incest” rather than outright incest by known consenting siblings...

I would argue this is already a problem within small black communities where women have multiple births with multiple partners....

Their children are bound to wind up mating with half siblings unbeknownst to them...
