Another happy accident, sorta like the John Cage video I posted yesterday.
One can't march 4 years of Drum Corps without learning to speak Drum.
I came across this two weeks ago, searching for Inca Roads and You Are What You Is live video. Very cool.
Have seen Zappa and the Mothers at least 3 times, always a great show.

I saw Zappa perform live at least 5 times. He surrounded himself with outstanding musicians ever tour.
Went to Zappa plays Zappa last January. The entire band was phenomenal. I told the drummer that there were times I thought Aynsley Dunbar was on stage, he played so well.
Pity Mr. Dunbar wasn’t in this gathering. Very good nonetheless.

By the way, thanks for that link!
Holy cow. Glad I stopped drumming a long, long time ago. I’m not fit to tie these guys’ shoelaces.
Occasionally he’d really have a laugh on them by switching the sheet music right before the show so that the #1 song would be different on every chart-—then kick it off to a cacaphony.
Ansley Dunbar played at least one of the tours I saw. Amazing.
Then again, Frank wrote The Black Page No. 1 specifically knowing Terry had the ability to perform it to the level of precision that he demanded of his band members.
My mouth is open and in tribute to these men (and John Cage) I am silent.
I thought Zappa was brilliant-—but didn’t like his music, just as I think Pink Floyd or King Crimson were exceptional, but I don’t have any of their music. More of a straight rocker.
