The purpose of the Bring Out Your Dead ping list (formerly the Ebola ping list) is very early warning of emerging pandemics, as such it has a high false positive rate.
So far the false positive rate is 100%.
At some point we may well have a high mortality pandemic, and likely as not the Bring Out Your Dead threads will miss the beginning entirely.
*sigh* Such is life, and death...
You do not have an 84% death rate with 6,000 dead and 17,000 having been infected unless you have a huge jump in the infected this week which is not the case.
News reporting since a week before the elections has been clamped down on in a huge way. If governments are controlling the news then what is the real death number now because this 6,000 number is laughable to anybody with even the slightest bit of logical thinking?
