He has to take his display down by December 26th.
He can still p@ss of Christians on Christmas if that is what he wishes to do.
What? No Christians around the world burning embassies and killing diplomats? No protests and riots with cars being smashed and windows broken?
I would tell the government officials to piss off. My property. My ‘religion’ being freely exercised, even if it is in bad taste.
Dealing with pissed off neighbors will be his problem, and rightfully so.
But I do not want the state to have power to decide what can and what cannot be displayed on my own property.
Because tomorrow it won’t just be nativity scenes. It will be flags they do not approve of.
No one has a “right” to NOT be offended...yes, Christians are the punching bag around Christmas time.
However, as Christians we should know better than to try and get involved with pigs and idiots.
Getting riled up about this is working exactly as planned. He wanted a reaction and the thinskins gave him one.
Fail.
BTTT
Civic associations will even dictate the colors you may or may not paint your house and the color/types of flowers you may put in your garden.
Here in Houston, the city banned those inflatable gorillas with bikinis that sit on the roof above a business. They thought they looked tacky.

Agreed. Sounds like this guy has a First Amendment case against the city.
Thank you Luke :)
