Nobody can eat the same thing day after day without eventually get sick at the thought of eating that thing. There's plenty of cereals I've eaten for a long stretch, then one day with the spoon up to my mouth, taken the whole full bowl of that cereal I'd eaten for months and dumped it in the garbage.
I like oatmeal, but two times a week would be about as much as I could stand.

Try it as my healthshake: 12 ounces of skim or any other variety of milk, heaping tablespoon of peanut butter, one large banana, 1/4 cup of one minute oats uncooked, two or more ice cubes, blend to smooth texture and drink.
