I’d want the dog Pyro put down and his handler charged with aggravated assault. He took effing trophy pictures to use to backup the lies he was going to put in his report. He even allowed Pyro to further attack while the victim was cuffed and on his stomach. Guess he didn’t have time to destroy the body cam footage.
I hope he does get millions.
Ya don’t kill the dog. The dog was doing what it was told and trained to do. It’s the cops that know better, and it’s the cops who are at fault for treating this guy like he was wanted for extremely violent crimes.
The dog’s handlers are 100% responsible here.
The victim didn’t get up off the couch, but he did have his hands up and clearly appeared unarmed.
In fact the homeowner appeared to have on handcuffs on his right wrist prior to the cops entering the room..WTF?
