A Streamwood 18-year-old accused of trying to rob a man by saying he had a gun was arrested after the man pulled a gun on him, authorities say.
Prosecutors say the intended victim has a valid concealed carry permit.

Oops... I guess the robber should have moved to a safer (for criminals) place, which citizens don’t have CC laws... :-)
