Tonight, a good British WW2 film that's actually two stories in one. Binns (John Mills) is a Tommy with no desire for command who is forced by circumstance to lead a group of men to the beaches of Dunkirk to await rescue. Meanwhile, a shopkeeper and boat owner named Holden (Sir Richard Attenborough) must search his heart and gut when suddenly finds himself challenged to do more for the war effort than just pay his taxes...
