Break out the brie and berets, because it's an art house film double feature tonight.
Kia (Allyson Ames) is a beautiful but wicked spirit that lures weak men into sin and temptation, in order to doom their souls. Bored with the ease with which most mortals fall prey to her wiles, Kia longs for a challenge. She finds it in Marc (William Shatner), a wounded soldier whose virtue and faith are unshakeable. Kia plots his demise, but may find the power of a pure heart is more than even she expects...
In Esperanto with English subtitles.

Thank you!
I saw it a few years ago, everyone should give it a try.
You can always follow it up with 1962’s “The Intruder”, another Shatner film, in this one he is a race agitator.
IMDB gives it a 7.8

I’ve actually got that one on DVD. It’s quite good, surprisingly so given it’s a Roger Corman film. I like Corman, but you don’t usually look to him for films with serious social messages. :-) The script/novel was (IIRC) written by Charles Beaumont, a gifted writer who was a big wheel with the Twilight Zone.
Shatner estas ŝinko en ĉiuj lingvoj.
I went back to rewatch fight between Shatner and the incubus, but instead of the movies strange harp based "fight" music I played the famous Star Trek fight music. It brought back the full Shatner effect.
I think the term for a card carrying she-devil is Succubbus.
Or something close to that. It’s one of those ancient Latin words one has to be very careful to pronounce correctly.
Yup, you’re 100% correct. I just wasn’t sure how many people were familiar with the term (it doesn’t come up in daily conversation that often - at least I hope not! LOL), so I went with “evil spirit” instead.
Good catch!
Oh yeah, succubusses are way more fun.
